Lettings Department Barrington-Hill Associate are a well know local Property Search and Acquisition consultancy with established contacts throughout the area. Due to continued requests from previous and existing clients to provide a Lettings service, in Spring 2009 with Fi Carpenter and Angela Mike, they started the letting division which has grown from strength to strength. This division runs alongside the exisiting business, based both in Cirencester and near to Tetbury, providing a valuable service to both new and existing clients wanting to let their property or for those needing to rent for themselves. Fi Carpenter Fi worked as a lettings negotiator and an estate agent in central London since 1978 and then in the Cotswolds since 2000. She was an Associate Partner of Cluttons and in charge of their letting office in South Kensington. Fi acted on behalf of many important landlords including the Cadogan, Westminster and Ilchester Estates, Smith's Charity and The Church Commissioners. Fi and her husband Charles, a chartered surveyor, moved to near Tetbury in 1999. Angela Mike Angela lived and worked in London for many years, latterly with the leading London residential letting agent PKL. Since moving to the Cotswolds over eighteen years ago she has acquired a great deal of local knowledge. For some years she ran a letting department for an estate agent in Tetbury. Angela also has a background in interior design/project management.
