Barrington-Hill Associates are proposing to assist buyers to secure properties that they have already found, thus trying to avoid the pitfalls and heartache so often associated with buying houses.

With Barrington-Hill’s unique knowledge and contacts, we are able to carry out a great deal of background research on properties and advise buyers on value based on comparable evidence in the current market. All this work would be made available in an advice prior-to-purchase report and valuation. We use our expertise to negotiate and secure a property at the lowest possible price and then advise on all aspects to achieve a smooth and early exchange of contracts. Once the property has been acquired, we can also support how to further improve its value.

With this in mind we have structured our fees on a consulting rate only based on our performance at negotiating.

Registration Fee:-

£750.00 – refundable on exchange of contracts

Fee payable on exchange of contracts:-

At guide price 0.5% – 0.75% – increasing by 0.1% on every £50,000 agreed under guide up to 1%.
